Terms of Use

The service

GlocalPath helps you find companies that are hiring, identifies relevant people and drafts outreach messages that you approve and send from your own mailbox. We do not guarantee interviews or job offers.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email address secure.

Acceptable use

You are the sender of every message you approve. You agree to:

• send only truthful, relevant, professional messages about your own job search;
• respect opt-outs and not contact people who asked not to be contacted;
• comply with anti-spam and data protection laws (including GDPR and KVKK);
• not use the service for bulk marketing, harassment or to resell data.

Connected mailboxes

When you connect a mailbox, you authorize GlocalPath to send approved messages from it. You can disconnect at any time. Our use of Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy and follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider. Plan limits (messages, campaigns) are shown in your account. You can cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

AI-generated content

Drafts are generated with AI and may contain mistakes. Review every message before approving it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or harm deliverability for others. You may delete your account at any time by writing to support.

Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email before they take effect.
